Place is always so inviting and welcoming. Shawn, the maintenance man is always so friendly and is always there to answer any questions you may have if it being your first visit to the building. Such a great atmosphere ❤️

My father Billy Robinson rented of these people he passed away. It took 4 days before anyone noticed he died inside his apartment. They changed the locks before I was notified. They refused to let me in to remove his belongings. I have his keys and his death certificate as I’m the only sibling he has. One month later after another months of rent I’m told I have to go through probate court to enter his apartment. Such a bad experience that me and my family has to go through all of this just to lay my father to rest. Please be careful on where. you let your elders decide to live. God bless.

The manager has favorite people and they get by with what ever. One tenant has her grandson living with her because he is her aid but he has a dog that he let's run lose with out a leash. She claims that he just watches it but it is here all the time. He doesn't clean up after it. The rent keeps going up and up but nothing to show why that is. With all of the land we have it would be nice to have a part of it made into a dog park since several people here have dogs. Thank you.

2024 review update....It's a very beautiful place. Office manager Amy was nice. Now she's a district manager.
Lashasa is here now she's good but have her up and downs. Used to be a Great place to live in. For seniors 55 plus. Every place has its own problems.
This will be my third year here. It has more problems in this building more than ever now
People that have lived here for up to 10 to 18 years thinks they have a right to tell you what you can do and can't do. These people are very nice and decent when you first get to know them...I pay the rent just like they do. But the people live there likes to tell you what to do that's been here for years and can't do. Any problems between people has to be worked between their selfs there's no rules in this building. There's nothing in the lease about rules..Around 3/4 of the people live here stays in there apartments. It's a very nice building and great place to live but there's people that live here that tells you what you can do and what you can't do.
So before you move in do you want to live in your room or take a chance to come out and get involved with all the drama. it was to me nice for half a year or full year then your friends that you meet here will change.
I used to work down the street 33 years.. this apartment was the most beautiful place was and still is except for the people trying to be bossy. Takes a while to get things fixed around here too maybe a couple weeks or 3 months or longer.
Pivotal helps to run the place and they're real good people. Miller Valentine built the place and used to run it. Now it's put into pivotal hands they do the best they can. So you might want to think about moving in.. feel like moving into your apartment it's and come out to the community room and it will be fine for a few months maybe 3/4 of a year. This will be my third year and I'm still staying. I don't let people run over me and they don't like that.
One another thing you can't find who is actually the owner-ceo of pheasant run apartments
We have a meeting on the 30th of July. About problems in the community. If the district manager Amy is not here it will be one big mess.
Meeting is July 30th at 1:00 p.m.
I wrote Amy four times and told her what's been going on . But never heard anything back from her so I don't know she read
them. I email my emails to customer care to district manager Amy.
