This place is awful.. my father in law light was on for 20 min before he was checked on and the food let’s not even get me started… this poor man didn want to eat and once I saw a plate that they brought him… totally get it… if you have a loved one please look elsewhere where

Loved waa there until she passed . Couldn't have asked for better care .She was treated like family .The staff went above and beyond .An amazing care facility .

I can not say enough about how amazing the staff at Koester Pavilion is. They put the patients needs first, they work together to make sure the best possible outcome is achieved. They communicate openly, professionally, and are patient centered and focused driven. Great team!! Great atmosphere!!

Absolutely horrible facility that would have let our mother die if we wouldn't have demanded she be transported to the hospital. The day we demanded her go to hospital, the staff wanted to discuss hospice care. My mother is now thriving in another facility and will come back home soon. When we finally demanded to see the chart, the last day my mom was in their facility they hadn't fed her or given her liquids in days. This place is absolutely awful

Place is a joke do not send your loved ones here for care. All it takes is for your loved one staying there to say they don't want to be there any more and they will send them out the front door to sit in the rain, and not even set up a mode of transportation for them before hand. My father was physically unable to take care of himself and they shipped him right out the door into the rain without even contacting a family member.
