We are extremely grateful that we found Spring Arbor and for the wonderful staff on the memory care team, especially Angie. Our loved one is thriving now that she has moved here - her room is always kept clean, she enjoys three meals per day plus snacks, there are always activities and fun things happening in the main areas, and I sleep better at night knowing she’s taken care of and in great hands.<br><br>Since moving into Spring Arbor, our mothers health and mental wellbeing has improved significantly and my sister and I have been able to move out of the caregiving role day to day and have been able to spend quality time enjoying our mom. None of this would be possible without Angie and her amazing memory care team.<br><br>Making decisions regarding senior care is extremely difficult and overwhelming, but I have felt supported and understood since moving my mom to Spring Arbor and I recommend this facility to anyone that’s going through a similar scenario.<br><br>Thank you Angie & Spring Arbor!

The greatest thing about spring arbor is the staff that takes care of us everyday they really care also I want to thank the kitchen staff for the kindness of serving and the staff they really respect you and realize that you are still a person .

Our family will always be grateful for the wonderful care my dad received during his time in Memory Care. The staff treated him with kindness, patience, dignity, and compassion every single day, and that gave us so much comfort during a very difficult time.<br>A special thank you to Aungela—for everything, especially the laughs, the tears, and for keeping me sane. Thank you to Diamond, Heather, Jasmine, Chelsea, Danyell, and so many others who made such a difference in my dad's life. Every one of you consistently went above and beyond, often using your own personal phones so I could FaceTime with my dad, especially since I live out of state. That level of thoughtfulness and compassion is something our family will never forget.<br>Living in the Northeast, I've heard so many difficult stories about memory care facilities. Experiencing the care my dad received here showed us what exceptional memory care truly looks like. The compassion, respect, and genuine love shown to both my dad and our family far exceeded anything we could have hoped for.<br><br>Thank you to the entire Memory Care team for caring for my dad as if he were your own family. Along the way, you became our extended family, and that means more to us than words can express. We will never forget the love, support, and kindness you showed not only to my dad, but to our entire family.
