My mom is in independent living at Somerby and I can not adequately express how comforting it is to know she is staying at what I consider to be the best facility in the area. Pat Jackson, the IL Director, has gone above and beyond the scope of her position to make sure my mother is living her best life. When I reach out to Pat, which is sometimes more than I’d like, I know that she will handle my requests promptly and thoroughly. In addition to the exceptional personal service my mom and I receive, the IL community offers many classes, activities and opportunities to socialize. The entire staff is always friendly and helpful. I’m very thankful to have found a lovely place like Somerby to meet our needs. Somerby is a 10 out of 10 in my opinion.

Somerby has turned out to be the perfect place for mom. The staff have been incredibly helpful and attentive to mom during her first few days at Somerby. The residents have been friendly and welcoming. I know we made the right decision in choosing Somerby’s Independent Living for her.<br>Update: 8/31/26 Mom has been at Somerby now for about 5 months and she loves it. I want to give a shout out to Pat Jackson, Cathy Robinson, and Logan Johnston. They put on so many activities for the residents. Mom was recently in a fashion show and had a blast. Beth leads the exercise classes that Mom enjoys. Our family reserved the Cafe to celebrate Mom’s birthday with family. Overall, our family is very pleased with Somerby. It’s like one big family.

I've been a resident here in this facility since 2021. Since arriving Somerby, I've been completely impressed by it's entire operation, including the residents, staff, leadership, and day to day operations. This is a beautiful and clean campus with a wide range of activties. I recommend Somerby for anyone seeking an excellent senior living community and facility.
