Based on direct observations, this facility appears highly disorganized and poorly managed, giving the impression that staff handle daily tasks without clear guidance. While they claim to provide extensive dementia care training, the preparation seems minimal. New hires seem to rely almost entirely on learning from other overstretched workers on the floor rather than completing structured, professional programs. Communication is very poor, and it is difficult to find clear answers from leadership regarding day-to-day operations.

Wanda in the office is very rude she has a nasty disrespectful disposition she ignores matters about the patients that are important walks around as if someone owes her something she acts as if though she has everything under control but she doesn’t she allows things to go without being taken care of until it’s too late and she talks to people very rude and sarcastic

My mother-in-law lived at the Hope Center for just over 3 years before she passed away. We were a little apprehensive at first, but over time we realized she was in the right place. She received wonderful care, and the staff treated her like family. We are so fortunate to have found Hope.

Our family would like to thank everyone at Home Center Memory Care these last several weeks for their kindness and love for our dad. He had the best care and the staff was outstanding!
