I had a wonderful experience with The Reserve at Peachtree City Assisted Living. The staff is incredibly compassionate, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and cared for. The facility itself is always clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Unprofessional. My mom has been in this facility for almost seven months. The director is unresponsive. I have tried to book a meeting with them about my issues for the past 3 weeks. I leave messages at the front desk, no acknowledgement. i have booked two meetings with the director and she didn’t show up to either. No return calls from anyone who makes the decisions around here. Just two big bills to my email where I’m being charged with no explanation. I’m fed up and need the number to corporate asap

The Reserve at Peachtree City is so beautiful and the staff has been wonderful!<br>Krystal, the Sales Director, has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She is professional, responsive, and truly caring. She goes above and beyond to answer questions and make the process feel smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely has a heart for seniors and their families. Highly recommend reaching out to her if you’re exploring assisted living options!

My mother had the privilege of spending her last year of life under the care of the kind, loving, professionals at The Reserve at Peachtree City. We moved her there in August 2024 and immediately noticed her improved care and condition over her previous care facility.<br>It’s clean, safe, and well staffed.<br>I visited her there over 50 times and never saw anything that would make me question the quality of her care. The food looked very good and she enjoyed the meals. There are daily activities for all types of residents which she often enjoyed participating and socializing, but she also had a very nice private room.<br>The staff is dedicated and friendly. Caregiver Pam is an angel and Nurse administrators Jennifer and Stacey are knowledgable and well organized and always kept me updated of any changes.<br>When it came time, Southern Grace Hospice provided extra care - physical, spiritual and emotional, right at The Reserve and she never had to change rooms. Southern Grace worked closely with the Reserve to keep her comfortable and happy. My mother never once complained.<br>We are very grateful that we found the Reserve along with Southern Grace and highly recommend you consider them for Assisted Living and end of life care.
