We have had the best experience working with both Catherine (“Cat”) and Sarah to get our mom in to Arbor Terrace. When we first brought Mom to the facility to visit, Cat knelt down beside Mom’s chair and acknowledged Mom’s feelings of moving anxiety. That immediately helped me feel reassured-to know that they are interested in my mom as a person and not just a client. Thank you!

My 87 year old mother recently moved into a 1 bedroom apartment at Arbor Terrace. The apartment has all amenities and is comfortable. She has a small porch for her flowers. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained with outdoor seating and a swimming pool. Dining experience has been good. The staff are kind, helpful and attentive; a great group. Activities are many and there is always something to do everyday, no matter the level of function. The highest recommendation is that Mama is very happy!

Moving into Arbor Terrace has been a good choice for me! Though<br>it has been a long wait, with the help and patience of SarahDuncan and CatherineGray, I have had a smooth experience. I was given the opportunity to come into the vacant apartment and get the paint colors I wanted, measure spaces several times and because of that, was able to choose the right furniture to bring with me.<br>Since I moved in, there is nothing I lack because staff has been so friendly and accomodating. I was greeted with a welcome<br>basket and lunch for my friends and I. What more could I ask for?!
