My wife was recently admitted for skilled nursing care and sub-acute rehab. I am thrilled to report that we have encountered a well organized, professional, caring and extremely communicative staff. This facility almost matches what I consider to be the gold standard, which was the inpatient acute rehab that we previously experienced. I am confident that my wife will be quickly “discharged to home.”

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with the short team rehab team at this facility. My family members recently stayed at southland health in rehab for rehabilitation, and I am truly grateful for the level of care they received. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming,attentive and compassionate.The nurses team stayed on top of everything,always making sure my family member was comfortable and well cared for the therapy team was especially amazing,encouraging patients in genuinely invested in helping them regain strength and dependence. Communication with clear throughout the entire stay, which gave our family piece of mind.It's never easy, trusting others with the care of someone you love.But this team made that process so much easier. Thank you to everyone involved for your dedication and kindness. It truly made a difference in our recovery journey.

My daughter is a permanent resident at Southland. She has a tramatic brain injury and can't do for herself, so we heavily rely on the staff to totaly care for our daughter. We have experienced caring staff who have gotten to know her and not only cares for her but stops in to say hello!. Management follows up with us to check in and see if we have any concerns and if we do they are addressed in a timely manner. These folks here work hard and still keeps a smile on their faces. The food is also appetizing, at 3 meals per day, with snacks offered during the day. We visit several times throughout the week and we see what's going on and how hard everyone works. I feel like they are party of my extended family here. All of the therapist that have worked with our daughter is very helpful and attentive in showing up regularly to help with improving our daughters well being. Thank you Southland for being here for our daughter! We are so grateful to you all!!

Overall the service my family member received was great. They were very attentive and knowledgeable about how I should proceed with future plans and how to rehab once discharged. I would recommend this facility to any everyone 10 times out of 10.

We had a family member in temporary care at Southland Health & Rehabilitation, and we were very pleased with the experience. The staff was kind, attentive, and truly compassionate during a time that could have been very stressful for our family. The nurses and therapists kept us informed and made sure our loved one felt comfortable and supported throughout their stay. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and it was clear the team genuinely cares about their patients. We are very grateful for the care they provided and would confidently recommend them to others.
