I was a pt here many years ago when it was Lafayette. It was horrible, I signed out AMA after 5 days. Today my best friend is a pt here. He has received excellant care. Due to my previous experience, I watch over him intently. The staff are good with him even when he gets a bit cantankerous. He is bedridden and his skin is in good condition. Every question we've had has been addressed by the staff. The halls are clean, odor free and quiet.

Fayetteville Center for Nursing & Healing provides a great experience with a professional, personable, and caring staff. The facility is clean, welcoming, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere that makes residents and visitors feel comfortable. The team is attentive and dedicated to providing quality care, creating a positive environment for everyone. Highly recommended!

A friend/Neighbor is here to rehabilitate after a hip fracture. The physical condition of this Facility is DEPLORABLE! The filth and stench is obvious and overwhelming! I am an RN and have NEVER seen such a Run down dirty building!....There is absolutely NO way this Facility would or should pass any sort of 'State Inspection' just now her bathroom sink fell off the wall after she reported it leaking with an overwhelming stench a week ago! Very disappointing that this place is being recommended by Case Management at Piedmont. My mother would NOT spend one night there!

My Aunt needed a short-term rehabilitation facility and this one was conveniently located near my home. I met with the concierge Ms Shanna who was very nice and professional she showed me everything and answered all my questions without hesitation. I felt at ease and relief that my Aunt will be taken care of. I always say if you’re putting your loved one in a facility, please do your due diligence and go visit for yourself. I hope my Aunt has a wonderful experience here, looking forward to my Aunts recovery and progress. Stay tuned…

: I would not recommend this facility to anyone. While a few staff members and nurses do an excellent job, there are others who show a complete lack of care and professionalism. My mother was a patient here, and my daughters and I visited every day to make sure she was receiving proper care and being treated with respect. Unfortunately, the leadership in this facility is extremely poor, and it shows in the level of care provided. At one point, we had to start making unannounced visits because a CNA unplugged my mother’s call light and placed a straw in the outlet so it wouldn’t work—simply because they didn’t want to be bothered. That is unacceptable. On the day my mother passed, the nurse on duty (Khalifa) was very dismissive and unprofessional. My mother’s catheter needed to be removed, but the nurse never returned to take care of it. This experience was heartbreaking and deeply frustrating. Facilities like this should be held accountable, and serious changes need to be made. I do want to acknowledge a few individuals who were kind and respectful to my family: Jojo, Mimi, Ms. Sarah, and Sharonica. Although they were not directly responsible for my mother’s care, they showed compassion during a very difficult time, and I appreciate that.
