I cannot say enough about the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. I had to place my grandparents together at the same time and they accommodated us so well. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Any request we had was immediately addressed. The staff (nursing, cnas, janitorial, admin and therapies)are phenomenal. They have been a step ahead of us any time we had a need/question/concern. We have had not one issue at all and I feel strongly that speaks volumes. The team works together to address all care and it has been so nice having everyone on the same page. My grandparents have been receieving hourly rounding and care at minimal. The staff have been nothing but patient with the never ending phone calls, check ins and requests. I highly recommend!!!!!

I would like to mention one exceptional young lady who is my ge-to professional, Alisha Howard. When she helped me to understand all the detail of insurances,Corporation in the medical field I knew I was at the right place for me. I am now entering my 8th year here and it is where I belong in my 87th year. Alisha has gone to bat for me at what could have been frightening mistakes in insurance. This place is filled with wonderful people on staff. Two wonderful nurses are Neal Ratliff and Merida Stephen’s. Both exceptional, professional and kind nurses. They work because they love it and we love all three. Geraldine, Jerri Lee.

Solaris far surpassed our expectations in taking care of my father-in-law. The support and dedication they showed from start to finish were truly invaluable.

I am very happy to have my daughter at Solaris. My first visit lifted my spirits. Decor, cleanliness & welcoming attitudes of the Solaris Team was a breath of fresh air. Your Business Manager, Lisa M. took the time, a number of times to help me with Medicaid/Medicare paperwork. She is very knowledgeable, friendly & very caring. I appreciate her so much!
