The village is going down. Not enough people interested in improving the village, roads are poorly maintained. Asphalt paving has been abandoned due to lack of funding. I would not recommend this village for retirement. Some homeowners can rent their homes (board members) others cannot. Please read the rules regulations, before you purchase.

The clubhouse is OK. Sound system is not great. I advise anyone to reconsider before moving into this community because of the overreaching HOA board.
