Visit two ladies sharing same room. My friend has an awesome roommate. Staff work around you, friendly and in/out usually... unless I come at a busy time. Activities always going on in great room. Enjoy birds close to hallway entrance...nice surprise. Always smells clean and no hollering from patients when I've been there. Peaceful place. Locked entrance so someone has to buzz you in.

a wonderful place for your loved one. The nursing staff is attentive, friendly, and takes care of all the needs of the patients physically and mentally. The office staff is helpful when you are trying to fill out forms for Medicaid or understand different insurances. The building is clean and smells good. The food smells, looks, and taste great. I recommend this place for sure!! You can tell the moment you walk in the door that your loved one is going to receive great care.

Haywood Nursing and Rehabilitation deserves all the kudos we can give! From the moment we moved my mother there to the moment she passed away, she received the highest level of loving care and attention. The facility is full of energetic staff who are attentive and qualified. Cleanliness is a high priority. The meals are appealing and nutritious. Diana in the business office is extremely competent and really watches out for the patient's best interests and helps weave through the myriad of paperwork associated with staying in such a facility. All of the administrative staff stayed in touch with me frequently(and popped in to see mom on a regular basis) and everyone in the place made me feel like family. There are tons of activities daily for which the residents can take part and the director of activities is full of life and decorates common areas with style and fun. The maintenance supervisor runs a tight ship and keeps an eye on everything. Above all, the CNA's and nurses treated my mom with dignity and love. Haywood Nursing and Rehab worked well with mom's Hospice care workers. I hope I have not forgotten anyone .Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am spreading the word on your wonderful care facility!!!

Haywood Nursing and Rehab has been so generous to my family. They go above and beyond to meet the needs of their residents and staff. The atmosphere at the facility is filled positivity and smiling faces! The team has worked so hard to create a space where all feel welcome and at home! I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to a loved one! Like their shirts say , they really are the dream team! Keep rocking Team Haywood!

My mom was at this facility for 31/2 months. I could not ask for better care. Everyone from the Nursing Staff, CNAs, Rehab Techs and Dr. Heinz are the most caring and professional staff I have ever encountered. Everyone went out of their way to take of my mother. I can not thank and praise the entire staff for making my mother's last days as comfortable as possible. The building is older but kept up and is very clean. Not once did I smell any odors that you associate with sickness. If anyone is in need of a facility like this, either short term or long, you cannot go wrong here. All the patients I saw and talked to were very clean, comfortable and chatty. Again I could not have asked for a better and caring place for my mother to have been.
