My mom has been a resident/patient there for a couple years. She requires skilled nursing care, and I must say this place has been wonderful for her. She is happy and adjusted every time I visit. The staff is great and keeps the family up to date and informed.

I was a patient there for about three weeks. The care I received from the nursing staff no complaints. The physical therapy staff did a great job. The quality of the meals served could have been alot better.

Upon initially bringing my family member to Autumn Care, we held a genuine sense of hope and optimism. The ambiance was pleasant, with a friendly atmosphere that seemed to pervade the place. The abundance of activities listed on their schedule suggested a thriving, engaging environment for the seniors living there, sparking our assurance that it was an apt selection. However, my family's perspective has drastically changed over the course of our experience. We transitioned my grandmother to a different facility, where we noted an almost miraculous improvement in her mobility and mental clarity. This noticeable shift couldn't be overlooked or disregarded as mere coincidence. Subsequently, it has led us to question the care standards and practices at Autumn Care. One of the prevailing concerns is the suspicion that the staff, perhaps overwhelmed by their workload due to persistent understaffing, might be resorting to keeping the seniors sedated, perhaps unintentionally diminishing their well-being instead of promoting it. While I understand that such an allegation is serious and shouldn't be taken lightly, the stark contrast in my grandmother's condition pre- and post-Autumn Care is too profound to ignore. I sincerely encourage others with loved ones at this facility to consider taking them out, even if it's only for a few days, to see if you too witness a significant improvement. The elderly community deserves the best possible care, especially when they are no longer capable of advocating for themselves. If your loved ones are at Autumn Care, please, for their sake, consider our experience and take the time to thoroughly evaluate their condition and the care they are receiving. In conclusion, while Autumn Care initially impressed us, the subsequent events have seriously tarnished our perspective and trust. It's essential that these concerns be addressed, and until then, I would urge caution and diligence for anyone considering this facility for their elderly loved ones.

I appreciate the care and professionalism I received during my recent stay at Autum Care. Connie was very instrumental in our choosing this facility for my rehab following surgery. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional when we called for information on the facility. I can't say enough good things about Autum Care and the entire staff. The physical therapists had me up and about in record time. Though my stay was short (10 days) I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to family and friends. '

My husband was at Autum Care for rehab two times in 2018/19, after hip replacements. Loved working with the therapy staff. The food was very good, the bedding was changed and room was cleaned daily. He liked the friendly and efficient nursing and housekeeping staff, business office and social worker. We highly recommend the facility.
