Brightstar Care of Asheville provided an amazing caregiver for my husband while we were in Asheville for me to teach a course. Stacy was the perfect fit for my husband's needs and temperment. The company was terrific in assessing his care needs and making sure that we had the best experience. I loved the fact that they company vetted us as well to make sure that the caregiver received the respect she deserved. Her skills, both personal and medical, were exemplary. She demonstrated professionalism, competence, compassion and the ability to provide the companionship, support and medical care required. Kudos to the team and a huge thank you to Stacy a standout professional.

Brightstar has been absolutely wonderful in caring for my husband at home. In fact, if it weren't for this agency and their dedication to quality patient care, my husband would need to be in a facility. Jessica and Caroline, especially, are not only skilled in providing daily care needs, but they both go above and beyond to provide activities and interactions that are both enjoyable and needed for my husband. He truly receives excellent care from each of them. I am very grateful for Brightstar, Caroline, and Jessica and for the excellent care they give my husband.

Okay I have to admit, I did have a hard time in the beginning as it took time to find a good fit for me. But when you do find that good fit cherish them. I had one particular caregiver that bent over backwards giving me the best care possible as to my needs. I suffer from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and other things that seriously affected my breathing and I just can't do as much and my place was cluttered and this one lady organized my place so efficiently. Takes me grocery shopping and small errands and even small bye bye rides. I am truly grateful. Thank you Brightstar and Donna Wilbur who scheduled these things for me. Hats off to Celeste! You're the best!

Hanna babysat our children two evenings while we were at a wedding in Asheville. They took to her immediately - she was friendly, professional, flexible and wonderful with the kids. We are thankful we got her!

Scott, I wanted to quickly let you know how AMAZING Nicole is...simply an angel. She called to update me on my mom after her epidural injection today and I could have talked to her for hours. She is warm, funny and simply a joy. My mom is a handful and to have a caregiver who is tireless and understanding is beyond what I can put into words. My family is so very thankful for Nicole and her being part of your team.
