The lady at the receptionist is always so nice. Elevator was out again, very hard on visitors in wheelchair...also still the carpet needs cleaning. The staff is very nice

Everyone was very friendly. The facility is well maintained and clean. Enjoyed sitting outside to talk.

The communication is terrible. I have not received adequate information on my loved one’s care plan or felt like I am in the know of her needs. We asked for the family to do laundry yet somehow it was taken and now items are missing. The meals and alternatives are not providing her the nourishment she needs. She has lost weight rapidly and while the CNA staff seems to be friendly enough, we never truly feel like we know what she is being treated for or her rehabilitation efforts.

Visited my brother here today and found the facility to be clean, comfortable , quiet and yet friendly atmosphere. My brother was resting and relaxed during our visit and the staff looking in on him seemed genuinely focused on whatever he might have needed. I liked it there.

Today we moved my mother from AL to the nursing wing. Josh went above and beyond to help me get her settled and even came in on a Saturday. I will second what many other reviews noted that the food is quite sub par. Much of it my mother wouldn’t touch. Baloney and cheese on white bread was a lunch standard. Black beans, a tortilla and corn another that was all cold. She lasted 10 weeks there before passing. My biggest concern was that after her passing I saw bills from her insurance company the facility had charged for that a) I foolishly assumed were included and b) she probably wasn’t really receiving. Bills for daily PT that I never saw her get that frequently. Very suspicious of their extra billing.
