I find the weekend people lack in caring. Many lights going off and none being answered. We have found our mom more than once sitting in her own feces.this is unacceptable. Not to mention what else goes on.

I was very impressed by Aston Park before we moved my Mother there from another facility. The friendliness and competency of the staff. The exceptional care my mother receives and the way they make it her new comfortable home.

Well so far I can't even get ahold of the intake dept. I've been calling for the past month leaving messages and haven't gotten any calls back. I also have tried to get ahold of the front desk and know one ever picks up. I finally after weeks of calling got ahold of the front desk this morning, and the person was rude to me after I expressed my concern about not being able to get ahold of the intake dept. When I showed up in person they said that their community had a covid outbreak but they didn't supply any masks before entering their facility. Even though I've heard positive things about this community, based upon my experience with them, I don't think I would even give them a chance.

Aston Park has to have the very best, caring, and attentive staff of any facility that I have ever seen. The building is nice but the strongest facility doesn’t revolve around a building but the staff. The staff is amazing. Aston Park’s greatest asset is their caring and empathetic employees.

No words can adequately express my thanks to the Aston Park staff in the memory care unit who cared for my husband. Not only did they provide professional care, but also care that was respectful, patient, and loving. It takes a special person to care for patients with dementia. In the fourteen months that my husband lived at Aston Park, his condition declined rapidly, both physically and cognitively. His behavior could swing from sweet to belligerent in an instant, but staff met him wherever he was with respect and kindness. Rightly, they never blamed the man, only the disease. How fortunate we were to have found in Aston Park such a professional, cheerful, and loving environment. I will be forever grateful.
