It may not look like much on the outside when you first drive up. There is definitely a need for some TLC however, I was greeted with knowledgable and friendly staff. I was able to get all my questions regarding a loved one that lives here answered. I had some concerns that were alivated. The building my uncle is residing is was clean and I visited during lunch time where the staff was celebrating another resident's birthday with a homemade birthday cake. The staff invited myself and my daughter to join and we had a lovely time. Anther family member was also visiting and donoted some bedding for the residents. The enviornment was peaceful and the young lady that was in charge of my uncle's building was very respectful and sweet.

If you truly care about your loved one, don't ever consider this place to take them! Our family member was neglected, emotionally abused, lack of care, which caused her to be taken to the ER on 2 separate occasions in less than 6 mths of being here! One for drastic medication change and the 2nd ER visit was for malnutrition! They let her lay in bed, unmonitored and not fed for 5 days and then called to say they were sending her to the ER! They also denied her care from the ER doctors, until I filed an abuse and neglect complaint with DSS! This place is filthy, never cleaned, broken appliances, no activities of any kind! Everything stated on their website listings are totally FALSE!! NEVER take your loved ones here! I wouldn't even give 1 star to this place! Total NEGLECT!

I came here to visit someone today after not seeing them for a couple of years and two things stood up to me. one my sister is much happier than she was previously and two the staff are incredibly helpful. They were patient and answered my questions and know more about my sisters current life than I do because they take the time to care about her. One staff member couldn’t answer some of my questions but directed me to her boss who answered my call on a Sunday and provided the information that I needed. My sister spoke highly of her home and the caregivers all during our visit. Thank you Lacey, Jacie and fellow staff for taking care of my sister and the rest of the patients.

Since new management has took over in September 2023, the houses are great. Management and staff are very respectful to residents and visitors. The house are clean and smells good. I think they are doing a great job.

I have visited this place few times while I was looking for an assisted living place for one of my relatives. I found it to be clean and well managed by the new owners. I came to know that new management is a team of well known physicians and is taking good care of residents. It smelled good and noticed residents living there like their own house by sitting in the porch. Very nice location and friendly and nice staff.
