Excellent experience! The facility was always fully staffed, clean, and welcoming. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and truly cared. The therapy team was outstanding.They listened, encouraged progress and provided excellent care. The entire staff paid attention to the details and always did their best to help. Even the food was surprisingly good compared to other rehab facilities. I highly recommend this rehabilitation center.

I recently had the pleasure of completing my rehab at this facility. It came highly recommended and when my daughter went to tour the facility- she was blown away. She was welcomed from the moment she walked by the receptionist. Lauren gave her a tour, answered all her questions and she left very confident. I was able to regain my strength and return home. The nurses and staff that cared for me showed me empathy and compassion. The food was out of this world, they made every accommodation to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Management was always available and present, even came by to check on me and took the time to get to know me. If I have to return, I know where I will go. I sincerely appreciate everyone for providing me the care and therapy to get me back home.

My father was at this facility on two different occasions, staff very attentive, knowledgeable, food was amazing. Always greeted with smiling faces, they were always willing to help and answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for skilled care.

My experience with StoneCreek Health & Rehabilitation is very positive. The staff were caring, attentive, and genuinely committed to the well-being of their residents. The nursing team was responsive to questions and concerns, and the therapists worked hard to help patients regain strength and independence. The facility was clean and well-maintained. I would like to take a moment and commend the staff at Stonecreek. My dad has been a patient at Stonecreek since April of this year. The facility is clean, staff take care of the residents with empathy and compassion. I would recommend any of my loved ones get the exceptional care by the Stonecreek Team.
