Linh McGovern does a fabulous job and she takes good care of George Ouellette my ex-husband. I personally think he drives her crazy but she handles it very well and I know he has dimension now and he has a very bad memory but she handles it very professionally. She’s an extraordinary person and has a tremendous amount of patience and Kindness I am very impressed with her

The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make patients and families feel comfortable, supported, and valued. Their communication, attention to detail, and genuine kindness truly make a difference. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dependable and quality home healthcare services. I was here only a week ago and my experience was pleasant. All of the nurses and CNAs were so nice to me and did their best to make me feel comfortable. The physical therapists were always on my side and pushed me gently and aty own pace. I always had fun with bingo and other activities with linh. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff at the activity room is amazing what they do to make the residents comfortable and feel at home. Many things that are available to us tend to keep us occupied they open each morning serving coffee and soon the place is bustling with activities it’s a reminder how thankful we are to be a part of it, on behalf of the residents we thank you immensely

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! I'd give zero stars if I coud. Terrible place from care of the patients to the front office. 1) I had to provide my mother's Ozempic for her diebetes, so the day after she was admitted, I dropped it off at the nurses station. For the following three weeks they called me asking to bring her medication which I explained I had already dropped off. No one could tell me if she had recieved any of the medication. The Pen I dropped off had a three week supply. They did finally order and pay for another pen however my mother went untreated for her diabetes for those three weeks. Nor did they check her sugars or provide her with a diabetic diet. 2) Her clothes were lost or stolen. All had her name in them. 3) My mom was there for 31 days and had 3 showers. 4) She had hip surgery and was extremely unstable.They did not povide a walker in my mothers room. I asked and was told PT would put one in if they thought it was safe. So my mom would get up and hobble to the bathroom without any assistance beause no one would come in and help her. I made them aware that she was getting up, still no walker. 5) I constantly asked the nurses to check her for UTI because I could tell she had one. I was told they would have to do a catherater to check her?? Okay, so do what you need to do. I even spoke with the doctor in her room and she explained they didn't treat UTI's and prescribed Boric Acid. my mom also has dementia so she forgets everything. They sent her home with a raging UTI! First night home, she got up in the middle of the night trying to go to the restroom, didn't use her walker because thats what she was doing there, fell and broke her wrist. I took her to urgent care where I had her checked for UTI and YES, a UTI. Rediculous!! She was in a medical facility, I made them aware of my suspicion of the UTI... Burning urination, itching and foul smelland mostly the changes in her cognitive state. Over and over I was ignored! 6) Now, I can't seem to get the front office to return my calls or emails in regard to the medicaid applicaion they were submitting on my mothers behalf. It's been almost four months. Not to mention all the facilties poor accomdations. The TV never worked. No showers or baths in the rooms.
