Canyon Transitional Rehabilitation Center is a 73-bed skilled nursing facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico, offering ACCELerate Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation designed to help patients return home as quickly as possible following a hospital stay. The facility accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances.
