The office staff does a great job communicating with us. They let us know if a caregiver has to be replaced and check in regularly to make sure we're satisfied with the care we're receiving. We have been very happy with our experience and would recommend Home Care Assistance to anyone looking for dependable, compassionate in-home care.

I cannot say enough positive things about Home Care Assistance of Albuquerque. From the first time I spoke with Brad, the business manager, Home Care Assistance stood out from the other vendors offering similar services. I have not been disappointed for one second. Quite the opposite, I don't know how I got along without them before. Our assigned caregiver is absolutely amazing; she's professional, hard-working, knowledgeable and extraordinarily kind. We are blessed to have this team in our lives.

The team at Home Care Assistance provided an essential service to my father who prior to a week ago, had been living at home and benefitted from in-home companion care. When talking with my father, the time he spent with the team represented the majority of what we discussed, as I heard about how much he enjoyed the conversations and he raved about the care. He is entering an assisted living facility and we are thinking about having the members of Home Care Assistance once again come and interact with him even though he will have around the clock care. It’s incredibly hard to put into words the gratitude I have for Susie and Susan. I’ve had the pleasure of being employed with HCA on and off since 2012. I say “on and off” because they’ve always given me the flexibility to work part-time when needed and full-time when needed, which truly made life, stability, and personal growth possible for me. Over the years, I’ve gained so much valuable experience as a personal caregiver and have had opportunities I never would have imagined while caring for such wonderful clients. Susie genuinely cares about her employees. She is kind, generous, supportive, and incredibly down-to-earth. The opportunities for growth within the company are immense. I personally started as an hourly caregiver and live-in caregiver, then had the opportunity to become a care manager. Now, I have the privilege of supporting clients, caregivers, and care managers in my role as a transitional care coordinator. I will always be grateful to Susie for helping support my daughter and me through so many stages of life since I was 21 years old. Thank you for every opportunity, every lesson, and all the knowledge you’ve shared with me over the years. I truly credit you for so many of my successes. Most importantly, thank you for allowing me the honor of loving and caring for our clients.

I interviewed several services with my Father, and this one made the best impression, and received the highest recommendations. He has been a very satisfied customer for more than a year, and has had several exceptional "executive assistants." The staff has also been more than responsive when medical or other scheduling changes were needed, sometimes on VERY short notice. Highly recommend these folks.
