Update: It is almost hilarious how poorly managed this place is but considering the gravity of it i find it hard to laugh. Residents are dropped by underpaid and undertrained cnas daily, with no one left to train them, while they fire off all the CNAs and employees that held the place together. So very few people there even care about the job anymore. It’s frankly disgusting and i’ll be calling all possible government organizations to report the facility. Tiffany the team lead needs to be fired, her treatment of the residents is atrocious. I wouldn’t let your family set foot in here until management is completely gutted and replaced. This is an egregious example of what nursing homes in the US have come to. It is unfortunate that the good people who choose to become CNA these days get throw into the pits of neglect like this, working halls by themselves and trying to save these people who aren’t cared for.

What a great place! My cousin is here and they have been so good and kind to him! He loves all the people that work with him in rehab. and in caring for him. He is fighting cancer and the inability to walk right now. He needs lots of care and they come in many times a day to help him. He has no complaints and neither do I as the watcher cousin of his care! Thank you so much you all are in our prayers daily! Christie Thomas!

Siloam Springs Nursing & Rehab is as good as it gets. First thing you notice is how neat the grounds are kept. Secondly the smell is great when you come in & the hallways are spotless, minus of trash or people sitting around. Everyone I have met has went beyond the normal way of doing things. I definitely would recommend this place for short or longterm help, that is why I live here now ..... DL Thomas

Moved my husband here after a horrible experience at other nursing facility here in town. I am very pleased to say I'm so grateful the the cre and staff especially the CNAs. They are truly focused on patient care. They get to know each resident and there individual needs and go out of their way to make sure those needs are met. They Nursing staff also shine ✨️. They monitor their residents and are promptly a where of any changes in their residents health. They know what they are doing and some Nurses have remained at this facility for years and year's because they have a calling for what they do but also it also shows that their employer is also taking care of them . It's clean, we'll maintained. Have activities, time outside.the food is better and William eats better and his health has improved. Thank you to siloam springs rehab and nursing facility for all you do!
