We had a good experience with Brightstar caring for my mother after surgery. Karrie H. was really helpful and gave my parents a lot of tips to make moving around easier, etc. Nurse James and the management were very responsive to all concerns.

The team at Brightstar is caring, responsive and flexible. They took care of my 92 yr old dad and we were pleased with each of the staff members who stayed with. Jordan worked with my dad frequently and dad thought he was great. It was always easy to get someone on the phone and they were quite responsive. We had numerous scheduling changes due to my dad's need for additional care, and BrightStar handled all of our changes seamlessly. I'd highly recommend BrightStar to assist loved ones.

I would highly recommend BrightStar In-home Care. We hired this agency to help with a caregiver for my mother-in-law after several false starts with other caregiving entities that promised but could not deliver reliable staffing. From the beginning, BrightStar has been true to their word. They have never left us without help, even when our regular caregiver is out for the day or when one caregiver left the company. Their scheduling team has been great to work with when there are conflicts, such as doctor’s appointments. They have been very open and responsive to our feedback when we have needed to make adjustments or corrections. I am so thankful that we finally found BrightStar and wish we had started with them first!

We have been very pleased with the care my husband has received from our BrightStar caregiver, Alisha Ward! She really looks after BOTH of us, doing our laundry, keeping our bird feeders full, taking care of trash and recycling, and generally doing everything she can to help two elderly people go comfortably through life. She created a checklist that begins with meeting my husband's needs, expertly Hoyering him onto his wheelchair, tending to his wounds, providing a bed bath, suggesting things to make him more comfortable, and keeping him stocked with ice and soft drinks. We feel very fortunate to have found her! We have had other BrightStar caregivers that were very good, but Ali exceeds our expectations!
