Having questions before putting a loved in an assisted living facility? Well you should definitely give Quail Ridge a call. The administrators are always willing to help and the Medicaid Specialist is always in the office available to go over questions regarding the Medicaid process and the staff goes above and beyond to help with all your loved one’s needs. Would recommend Quail Ridge for the best care of a loved one in need of any medical care.

Quail Ridge Living Center is a wonderful facility with qualified and compassionate staff. The admissions office is blessed to have Linda. She has worked in long-term care social services for many years. She is very knowledgeable and has a great personality which makes her an awesome liaison for families. She genuinely cares about the residents.

My mom was in a regular room at first. Then the unit and please if you\n Have family that has dementia.\n Do not let them put you in the unit. Especially when it's the weekend, there's hardly any supervision. There's fights down there and young people watching them with no experience. Several times\nWhen I arrived , we had to call the ambulance because of lack of supervision and the doctors keep them duped up.. First, she had a stroke because it was not caught till I got there.\n There was a very young girl on staff. The second time.\n She had pneumonia. And it was not caught in time.\n So it killed her Justin heart failure, I\n Do not recommend it

This place has been a god-send. The place is very clean and the staff are really nice. My mom was at a previous nursing home and didn't like this, but she likes this one which is saying a lot. Also, we had a lot of issues with SSA benefits, Linda their Financials Coordinator has been AMAZING! She has took charge and helped me through this entire confusing process. I am very thankful for the people at Quail Ridge Living Center!

I am very impressed with Quail Ridge Living Center. The entire staff is so efficient, friendly, and happy! The administrative staff is incredibly helpful and understanding. This is a facility that takes care of the little things. My friend was very well taken care of all the way to the end. They were on top of everything he needed. They have people that come in and help the clients with their feet and teeth. I highly recommend Quail Ridge Living Center to care for your loved ones.
