This is my 2nd time staying at Jefferson Manor for rehab for another broken femur. Both of my stays have been pleasant considering recovering from a broken leg. The nurses and aides are exceptional and attentive. Physical/Occupational therapy helped me immensely to rebuild my strength so I could go home. I highly recommend Jefferson Manor as they help you feel at home.

I moved my 91 year old mother to Jefferson Manor after a bad experience at another rehab. They immediately made her feel welcome and at home. They changed her out of diapers and back into pants and made sure she did not languish in bed all day. The change in my mother was immediate. She was discharged after three weeks and now is thriving at her assisted living facility. Stephanie is a wonderful nurse who made sure mom got the treatment she needed. The staff always seemed happy and willing to help. Moving to Jefferson Manor made all of the difference for my mother. I highly recommend them.

My mother-in-law was a resident here for about a month as she was recovering from a bad fall. She was very nervous but everyone from the CEO, admissions, nurses, therapy, activities and CNAs were so kind to her. At times, we didn't think she wanted to leave. Her care team was excellent. She really loved her CNA on the third shift. One thing she observed many times was how much the staff loved the leadership team. The residents we passed in the hallway always seemed content. The building did not smell at all. We were very pleased with her care and the professionalism of everyone there. She would definitely go back if she had too.

Loved the trunk or treat! Everyone was so kind and our kids had an absolute ball! Petting zoo, games, candy, hot dogs, sno cones, popcorn and prizes. Jefferson Manor staff should be proud of putting on such a great event!

I've had a wonderful experience visiting Jefferson Manor! The home has a new, fresh look about it. Nick, the CEO has led this team to much success with his leadership. Amanda, DON and her team shows the compassionate care in the care they are giving to the residents. I had the opportunity to speak directly with one of the residents who has been residing in the home for quite some time who told me she really likes being in the facility and stated the care she has been given has not disappointed. Please take time to stop by for a visit, no appointment required.
