My mom decided it was time to move to independendent living. She found Story Point Northfield. When we arrived to tour together she got cold feet. Melanie Sparks took the time to coach me and even communicated after hours and on weekends. She was incredibly helpful helping me help my mom who is now a very happy resident. I can't say enough about the facility and staff, but I can say for certain Melanie Sparks is by far the best community specialist I have ever worked with. I'd give Story Point and Melanie 6 stars if I could.

Dana Bland and Liz McGovern couldn’t have been nicer to my mom and I. They are so sweet and have so much compassion. StoryPoint Northfield is beautiful!!! From walking in it literally to our breath away. My mom is moving in next week. Thank you again Dana and Liz for making this the most easy transition ever. We are so lucky to have you.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They are always having great events and other fun things. The residents all seem happy and well cared for.
