Shelby Ridge became a place I had to be during one of the hardest chapters of my life. Healing physically and emotionally at the same time is not easy, and there were staff members here who made a real difference for me. The kindness, encouragement, and care I received from some of the nurses, CNAs, and therapists helped me get through days that felt incredibly heavy. Being 29 coming here. I was extremely nervous and scared but y'all knew exactly how to make me feel comfortable and welcomed me with open arms. When you’re hurting, even small acts of compassion mean everything. I’ll always remember the people here who treated me like more than just a patient. A huge thank you to my P.T Ryan and my O.T Jessica. It was so hard but y'all kept me trying. To go from thinking I'll never be walking again to helping me take my first steps and teaching me things like how to put my clothes on again. Y'all have given me a lot of hope Shelby Ridge Thank Y'all !!

I cannot say enough about this place! Shout out to an amazing therapy department, nursing and his caregivers. I toured the facility before I made a decision and was very pleased with how clean and bright the facility was. My mom had a 12 day stay in the hospital and was referred to rehab for strengthening and came out so much better. Would recommend this place to all.

My mom was here for rehab for way past the 21 days that Medicare would fully pay. During her entire stay, the staff was absolutely fantastic. Kind, considerate, caring, and much like family. They treated my mom so beautifully. She is a difficult lady to please, and even she said great things. So, it must be true!! If we have need for services as she progresses in age, we will definitely be back to Shelby Ridge Rehab!

I have been at Shelby Ridge Rehab Select for 17 yrs. And I Have seen quite a few good things happen in my Residency. For the majority of the time everything is good, but sometimes when I press the button for help, I will have to call for Help. I am not a Resident that requires a Great deal of assistance but there have been times when I needed it and I haven't gotten it. I have had a Urinary Tract infection three times in 4 months so needless to say I have certainly needed Help from time to time. On a Scale of 75% of the time I have gotten Help without having to call The Desk. Over the period of Time that I have been here a lot of things have changed. I Really am Happy with my stay at Shelby Ridge Rehab Select and the Better part of the Time it has been good. I Love each and every One of The Staff here and Enjoy immensely The Environment here. I would like to say that I am Proud that they named me Ambassador which gives me the opportunity to meet most of the New People admitted. I Thank Everyone ❣️ for treating me as kind as they do I Love working with the Plants on the Patio. I would like to add a few pictures that make me Happy and Proud to be at Shelby Ridge. Before I go I would Just like to say that I Love My little Desk.
