Coming from another 55+ in the area, this place is a world of difference. Betsy keeps us busy and entertained with all of the resident calendar events, and who doesn't like living near friends? The other residents are great, the team is always friendly and helpful, and you can definitely tell this place is well maintained. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a 55 and older community in the Birmingham area. The others just don’t compare.

My husband and I have been considering Arise Knox Square for the last two years, and now we are so excited to finally move in. Olivia has been helpful throughout the leasing process, Ashley has been great with getting everything prepared for move-in, and we can't wait to attend some of the resident events Betsy has planned. This will more than likely be our last move, but I think this is going to be great experience!

This is such a beautiful property and the staff are so friendly. My Dad loves it here! He always speaks so highly about “CanCan”, he thinks the world of her. Such a great place!
