Duffy Towey was so helpful. Everything i tried to do to help my dad was met with opposition, but Duffy helped me wade through the paperwork and connected me with the right person to get his application processed and get him a doctor's appointment to begin getting him the help he needed. He is amazing. I am so Thankful for all the help and guidance he gave me.

I was taken aback by the unprofessional tone and accusatory language used throughout a conversation I had with the office manager of Right at Home today in Birmingham. The discussion was intended to address some questions and concerns I had regarding the services provided to my loved one. Instead of receiving the guidance and understanding I hoped for, I was met with responses that were not only unhelpful but also left me feeling disrespected and undervalued. It is disheartening to encounter such behavior from a representative of Right at Home, a service that prides itself on compassion and professionalism. I am deeply disappointed.

I just had to come on here and speak about a wonderful caring. Patient, kind young lady name Catricia at the Vestiva Office. This young lady was patient Took the time to explain everything. She made me feel like she understood. She explained how wonderful her company is and how they listen to their client needs. We started service and they take auch wonderful care of my mother. I can always call that office and she greats me with a smile throughout the phone.

We have worked with Beau and his team for many years. They are excellent, kind and courteous. Very prompt in responding to our needs - I work for a large senior living community in Birmingham and Right at Home helped us in many ways.

Beau and his staff are wonderful!!! I really appreciate everything they have done for me and my dad. I would highly recommend them. Beau is such a nice young man. It is like he is part of our family.
