This place is absolutely disgusting. The staff and management represent everything that is wrong with the American healthcare system.

Found my mother in wet clothes, cold and urine on her floor. She had been calling for a nurse and no one came to help. She keeps several changes of clothes and Shannondale is supposed to do her wash. There were no clean clothes in her room. No one returns calls either.

Shannondale is a fantastic place for seniors. All the staff are amazing and professional. Excellent customer service. And this campus has everything you need.
