Very nice staff, helpful and friendly. They do a wonderful job and work so nicely with our requests for help with mom and dad. We couldn't ask for a better place! So thankful for the staff.

My mom has lived at Brookdale Sandy Springs for about 3 years. She has received great care. Her room is so homey and has everything she needs. She's safe and has friends to hang out with. The staff is awesome. They manage her medications, assist with bathing and dressing. They really care about their residents. My father was also there prior to passing and he received excellent care in the memory care side. I highly recommend this facility.

My in-laws are residents of Sandy Springs and my wife and I are very happy with the care they receive. Danielle, Bobbi, Alexis...are very attentive to our needs and provide considerate and timely communication about our family members. A Brookdale residence which provides national expertise on elder care issues combined with the local hospitality and care of the Sandy Springs staff.

I just wanted to say thank you for the care that my family member is receiving as a resident here and to take a moment to acknowledge the caring staff. It is a difficult time we are all experiencing through out our country right now and it is very hard not being able to see and hug our loved ones. I enjoy being able to do window visits with my grandmother & Facetime video calls . I know the staff is working hard to keep their spirits uplifted and their safety is a priority . The staff has been very helpful and caring . I couldn't ask for a better place for my grandmother to be , thank you for all that you do.

My husband's grandfather lived in the memory care and the staff were wonderful. When he started to decline, Lisa and Amy were so caring and supportive in his final days. We we're so thankful he could pass peacefully there with hospice. We are forever greatful for the love they expressed to our whole family. I highly recommend to anyone seeking caring people to take care of your loved ones.
