All of our aides have been top-notch. They are kind and helpful. They are good companions as well. The schedulers are equally as amazing! They are so good at keeping you on top of the schedule and any changes that may occur. Billing has been easy and any questions or things I need assistance with have been answered just about instantly. From our first meeting with Quinn all the way to now, everything has been professional and helpful and positive. Everyone has the best interest of both my mom and my dad in mind. It is both a relief and a blessing to know that my mom is being taken amazing care of and my dad is getting help with her needs.

With the recent passing of my father in-law, my wife and I began thinking through how we could best prepare our home for my elderly mother in-law to move in. A neighborhood friend recommended talking to Paul Mincy at Senior Care. Within a matter of a couple hours, Paul called me on a Saturday morning to introduce himself and offered to answer any questions we may have. His compassionate approach and honest sincerity, immediately made me feel as if I had just found a friend whom truly understands the task ahead of my wife and I. Within a couple days, Paul came to our home to learn more about my mother in-law’s current health, mobility issues and emotional condition, as well as mine and my wife’s understanding of caring for an elderly parent in our home. Again, genuine care and compassion was felt. Paul offered to give us a free elderly safety assessment of our home; we gladly accepted. He was able to provide great advice for areas not considered. Although not current clients with Senior Care (not needed yet), when/if the time comes, it will be Senior Care we will call upon! Thank you, Paul!

Love working with Paul & his team! I'm very happy with the quality of the senior care my parents are getting from Paul's team. An honest, caring affectionate employee with great communicative skills. She always smiles and expresses love for my parents who need a caring friend by their side when I am not available.

I reached out to Senior Helpers when looking for in-home care for my mother, who suffers from a late stage dementia. Paul was excellent on the phone, providing me lots of information and asking key questions in hopes to make a good match for finding care for my Mom. He also met with us the very next day, as we were in a fairly urgent situation. When Paul came out, he was very engaging and patient with Mom and all of us, and I felt he was truly invested in learning as much about her as possible to ensure finding her the best care. He had an appointment set up for us with a nurse the following day and was quick to find a care giver to start the following week. Paul was very honest and caring, and I highly recommend Senior Helpers to anyone finding themselves in this difficult situation.

Senior Helpers has been a wonderful experience for me. The owner, Paul, has been flexible and understanding. He always inquired as to how I was doing whenever we talked and was genuinely happy as I kept improving after my surgery. The workers were attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend Senior Helpers to anyone needing help around the house after a hospital stay and any reason for that matter.
