Finding the right home for my dad was a big decision, and I’m so grateful we found this place. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, welcoming, and well-maintained everything was. The grounds are beautiful, the common areas are spotless, and the apartments feel like home.<br><br>What truly sets this community apart is the staff. Every person we’ve interacted with has been kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They treat my dad with respect and compassion, and it’s clear they love what they do. It gives me so much peace of mind to know he’s in such good hands. Cant wait for home to move in. Thanks so much Meghan & Carol!

Elevator has not passed inspection in years ,frequently breaks down ,mold throughout , carpets are disgustingly dirty ,feces and urine in laundry rooms so bad . Very unsanitary windows you can barely see out of. Private equity and banks take orofits and switch owners frequently while not doing proper maintenance . Incentives for management to not spend their budgets . The only good thing there is the current chef and a couple employees . Do not send anyone you care about here .<br>I cant recall wether they made me sign a non disclosure or not but i left in frustration and disgust. And let them sue me . Not one thing ive said is untrue or misleading . Im in a position to expose this with out fear of the consequences . Others maybe similar in profit driven attitudes but this is by far the worse ive personally seen .btw. i also have the credentials to go toe to toe with any officual that would like to dispute my claims . Stay far away or go in full decon suits . Show up st six am to visut a guest and walk through the halls ,basement floor especially . Take a deep breath . Gross

I have been living here for less than 8 months. The staff has turned over twice. No manager at present time. We have had more chefs than I can count. Always short on servers. Food is awful. Tonight I was unable to eat any. Green beans not cooked at all. What is listed on menu is almost always wrong.The carpet in my apartment was not changed and I have the former resident 's dog on and in it. Changed housekeepers and now have one that doesn't speak English. The majority of the residents here have dementia and really need medical care .It's listed as independent living but is more assisted living or memory care. Only one small elevator for 4 floors. Please do not send your mother here.

Walked right in felt it was right place foe my parents. They had visited earlier and loved it. Very happy and comforted #1 daughter.<br><br>Update!! All these years my parents have been happy and healthy!<br>Bravo to staff .<br>Hats off to service staff.<br>Kudos to chef!<br><br>Your shrimp and grits rocked today!<br>As all your food does.<br><br>You are appreciated.
