My mother was recently in for a rehabilitation stay , and I have to say , it was such a wonderful experience for her and our family. The facility is immaculately clean ,bright and cheerful .The whole staff was so helpful and caring and always available to answer any questions or concerns. The therapies department did an outstanding job getting my mom back on her feet and walking .The dining room/kitchen staff were so accommodating with the food options and everything was very good and well prepared . My mom also enjoyed all the snacks and ice cream .The activities in the facility were wonderful, everyday there were a few activities throughout the day . My mom really enjoyed the therapy baby kangaroo visit!! The beauty salon was so clean and she was able to get her hair cut and colored while there and that really made her feel good !! I would recommend Scranton Healthcare in a heartbeat to anyone trying to decide. A special thank you to whole staff , the nurses, cna's , aides, doctors that helped my mom regain her strength .We appreciate , we trusted you and knew our mom was in the best hands!
