Well I've been here for five years I've never had a problem yet I get along with everybody and nobody gets wrong with me it's like one big happy family wish I had never in my last time never had these people are super they deserve a lot somebody should do something for them I'm doing this for my heart to back to them cuz I do everything I can't afford them and they know I will cuz they mean a lot to me and I and I know I mean a lot to them cuz everything they want me to do something I'll do it and I love them so much for for a friendship the time to help and everything to advice and I'm glad I have I'm grateful to have friends like that you're helping me get back in the school they're working with me on that so I can't go on there's nothing bad or anything I could ever say because it's don't want me through cuz what I told you it's the truth that's how I feel and I love them so much

My sister was sent here X 3 weeks for rehab. I have nothing good to say. Her room was always a mess when we went and visited. With her being bed bound while there I fill like the staff should have done a better job trying to clean up. While visiting I found her call light throwed on the floor behind her bed where she couldn't reach it. We waited for at least 30 minutes for a CNA to come change a BM diaper after I found the call light and went and ask for someone to come change her. There was a nurse or two that was nice but others were very RUDE. You could never get anyone to answer or return messages that I left while I was visiting. When I did call and get transferred voice mails were always full or once again NO ANSWER. My sister was released and when we got to the facility to pick her up they already had her things ready and packed rushing her out the door. She has voided on herself and through her clothing so of course I asked them to change her and we had to dig clothes out that was already packed to get clean clothes on her. NO one ever mentioned to me that she had an awful leg ulcer on her leg that had to happen within a weeks time because I visited last on May 9 and my brother, father, and sister during the week and still not a word spoke about her awful wound on her leg. I do NOT recommend this facility for sick or elderly family members UNLESS you are going to be there day in and day out visiting. Sadly I live out of town and visited Friday-Sunday most weekends but other family members visited throughout the week. I work in the Medical Field and This is NOT the way you treat patients. If your staff is there for the $$$ then maybe you need to change your staff and get more caring nurses. Not a happy sister!!!!

I have never met people so kind and professional. My husband could not have been treated better. The entire staff, nurses, front desk, office (Lakisha& Makia) Drs ect. I was there nearly every day for months and I would reccomend this facility! Thank you for making us feel like family and for your care. K. Shabi

This place is so nasty. Hard to clean a floor with dirty water. Draws had trash still in there.Looked in PT room not impressed at all walkers stacked in almost to the ceiling.That a danger it self.Definitely need new or more equipment. Room need to be organized for sure. Play nice till you leave your love one there.I wouldn't give this place a one star The website pictures or so miss lead 🙄🙄🫤😡
