I Never waited over 5 -10 minutes to be called, on each procedure, Both receptionist was very professional and organized. If you are on time for your appointments , everything flows easily. They get you in and out in a timely manner. I never waited longer than 5 minutes before being called. I loved how everything was explained to me from checking in by the receptionist, the nurse and the technician performing the procedures. I would definitely come back because they treated me like they knew my time is also available.🥰

My ehco with Melissa at the Cardiology imaging center was amazing. She was so personable and attentive to questions and concerns. I appreciated her soooo much and she ask if she was hurting me and many other questions to make me comfortable. She is a very valuable asset in these day of less personable service in the industry. Appreciate her and you for employing such a wonderful person.

Everyone was very courteous. I arrived for my appointment. I was called promptly to review my insurance. The young lady was very kind and professional. Shortly afterwards I was called for my procedure. The nurse or technician was very courteous and professional. There’s always fear when getting exams for potential illnesses! It’s great to have kind and professional people showing compassion.

My 1st baby was at Memorial, this one at St Joseph Candler & let me say 10/10 , they were FANTASTIC. They don’t rush you out the door they actually check on you nonstop and baby, they follow your birth plan as close as possible as long as circumstances allow, they act have yummy food & EVERYONE has been so kind. So genuinely kind and helpful. Every single person who has helped me has checked on me MIN twice, if not multiple times from housekeeping to anesthesiologist to labor & delivery doctors & nurses. They give you so many resources & answer every single question. They give you a very calming experience. I know the building is a bit older & some rooms are smaller than others but don’t let that stop you from choosing them. I am so happy I got recommended to try St Joseph Candler i am actually so happy with experience & also will be recommending that you have your baby here because they made this a 10/10 experience for us. I felt very well taken care of & not rushed out like the first time. Not everyone is super chatty or anything like that BUT everyone and I mean EVERYONE has a very calming positive vibe to keep you calm & that meant the world to me. Genuinely both night & day shift

Every staff member we encountered was awesome. From everyone engaging with my son as we walked the halls waiting for his turn to go for his procedure to the care From every nurse and doctor that helped us. It was an easy day for us From the time we got there until we left. Awesome job!!!
