PT & OT were excellent. The food totally sucks. The nurses were excellent. The aids were attentive and always went out of their way to help. The facility and equipment are showing their age but the staff makes up for it.

The staff at Sapphire Nursing and Rehab took care of me very well. Like all places there can be improvements they are working on. The PT staff are excellent and got me on my feet. Everyone works together to ensure the residents are active and comfortable. Thanks for taking care of me. C. Vientos

The physical therapy staff at Sapphire nursing home are very good. They carry out a plan and progress to the next phase without hesitation. My experience was quite satisfying. I progressed from difficulty walking to relative ease in a short period of time Margaret was really helpfull.

During our recent stay at the Sapphire it was very pleasurable. If we had any concerns, big or small, from the top administrator to maintenance, were taken care of. Every Department was very nice and helpful. In the PT Department, Margaret, was outstanding. She was very helpful to my wife, very courteous and caring. Thank you Margaret. We would go back to the Sapphire again if need be. R & A

My MIL,83 yrs old, has been here for about a year and I cannot thank the staff and facility enough for the care she has received. She was previously in an adult home and was not medicated correctly, was left filthy and was completely unmanageable. She has turned around 180° thanks to this staff. When we visit she is clean, smiling and comfortable. Her medication routine is appropriate. Staff always advises us of any changes. VERY pleased with Saffire!
