My mom was a kind, accomplished, independent woman until the last 5 months of her life. At 93 she had a large friend group and a vibrant full life. When we learned that her lung cancer had finally stripped her of her independence, we had to act swiftly to get her the care and safety she needed. Sage home healthcare was recommended to us and we contracted with them for 24hr live in help. As you can imagine, being 93 with a crystal clear mind, it was not easy to become dependent on a stranger to assist you with all of your daily activities and necessities. Nelle’ was a wonderful care giver. She established a loving and warm relationship with our mom. Daily when I spoke with my mom, she would recount everything that Nelle did for her each day and tell me that she loved her. Nelle treated her with such kindness and dignity throughout the entire unfortunate degrading of my mom’s ability to care for herself. Nelle and I spoke daily about my mom’s health & condition. She was with my mom when she passed and for that I’m forever grateful. Knowing that someone was with my mom 24/7 with a warm and caring heart is priceless. Sage is a wonderful agency putting the needs of their patients first. They always provided updates and oversight to ensure that my mom was happy, comfortable and safe.

Horrible still waiting for my paper work for taxes. They ask way to much money for what you get Thegirl was on the phone constantly with friends she took videos and pictures. Of me it old the people please stop her I had to wait to use my own bathroom she knew nothing of oygen or wheelchair. She was here on some kind of visa.I could hardly understand her. Always eating and throwing up always calling uber for food Be careful what you sign for because they don’t care and still haven’t sent me paperwork. They overcharged me way over email came after I finished. Wow what I didn’t know

Sage Home Care caregiver Lebo is the most extraordinary woman. My mother and I felt safe and trusted this fabulous woman with all of her variety of needs. She came to adore and depend on her for so much of her daily life. We could not have ask for a more trusted, caring, capable and kind person. She was responsible and helpful in every way.
