Our family cannot adequately put into words how grateful and appreciative we are to Jordana and her staff for the care they provided our beloved Aunt. Their care and support was invaluable in allowing her to spend the last year and a half at home where she wanted to be. And Jordana and her staff helped make a difficult time easier for the family. We cannot say enough good things about them.

Jordana was amazing. She listened, took time to understand our personal situation. She found a wonderful aide, Rose Marie, who was a lovely person, connected with my mother and took good care of her. I highly recommend and I will absolutely use Jordana and her team the next time my parents need care.

I can’t thank this wonderful group enough for their compassion, understanding and high quality care that they provided my father with. My dad was on hospice and we had preferred care come in because hospice hours were not enough. They were professional, kind and treated my father with the utmost care and respect during this challenging and difficult time. Their love and support to our family will never be forgotten and we are eternally grateful that we found this remarkable team.

I needed care for my mom kind of quickly and without much notice, as she took a turn for the worse quite unexpectedly. Jordana came to the house the very same night I sent in the email request (totally unexpected), and after discussing our needs at length, we signed on. We had aides in the house 2 days later! Since then, other things transpired which necessitated a change to the care plan, and once again, the team at Preferred came through without batting an eye! I would highly recommend Jordana and her team to anyone. Caring for someone who needs help isn't easy, and working with a company like this makes it A LOT easier to bare.

There are no words to describe the gratitude I have for Jordana and her team at Preferred Care at Home. Having entered into this stage of life where we've had to provide care for my elderly Mom who also suffers with dementia, it's been challenging to say the least. Jordana and her team provide support every step of the way. My family truly feels cared for by Preferred Care. Not only from the caretakers themselves, but from office personnel. They worked diligently with my family to find the right fit. We now have three caretakers (rotating...overnights and part-time during the day) that we couldn't be happier with. They are compassionate, patient, engaging, professional and fun to be around. I can't recommend Preferred Care at Home enough.
