Do. Not. Go. Here. No one will answer the phone. Residents in memory care seemingly vanish into thin air.

All of the 5 stars are from employees. The last time I went in here all I smelled was urine. My sister has to go here to recover sometimes. No nursing home should be open in this condition.also my sister died after falling and being placed back into a wheelchair. My dad found her the next day and she couldn’t talk. She was taken to the hospital and passed a week later from a brain bleed.
