I have a grandmother in law who is a resident of this place. This place smells so bad of black mold! I have told the works each and every time I have been there with my husband. Last few times we have gone, we meaning my husband, myself and his two aunt have had to get her dressed because she was still laying in bed with night clothing on, un brushed hair, etc. The staff here a lot of them are very stand offish and kind of rude. There maybe only one or two that are actually really nice. I wouldn’t recommend this nursing home facility to much of anyone who is looking for somewhere to put a love one. She has has nothing but issues ever since she has moved in with begin in an out of the hospital from infections and not begin properly taken care of.

My mother has been a resident at this facility for over a year and every month she’s in the hospital from a bladder infection. These workers are not cleaning my mother properly or at all some days . She has bed sores from sitting in the same place . Her doctors at the hospital are furious with this facility. If your loved one is in need of a place like this I would suggest else where .

My mother can hit her call button and she has to wait and wait and wait until somebody finally comes in to see what she wants not only that some of the aids are very rude if you get what I'm saying not mentioning no names and I've heard conversations of some aids that is inappropriate conversation outside that place is not appropriate for anybody's parents My mom's roommate the aids are rude with her there are other aids that us that is very nice but very few and far between

This facility offers a family based atmosphere with knowledgeable staff who advocate for their residents. The difference between this facility and all the others I have been is the genuine amount of love the staff have for their residents and their families. They work as a team to build and carry out the best care plans of any place I have seen. They also have a vent and onsite dialysis unit which is a rare find in this community. If you are looking for a home away from home to trust your loved ones with this is definitely the place!
