Nothing in place for infection control. Therapies are very limited and ineffective because it is controlled by funding more than patient care and individual needs. Food is high carb and hi t h sodium as most is boxed, canned, prepackaged items.

The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, always going above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and cared for. A few nice nurses and STNAS. The care was questionable. Request for medical things like a wheelchair with no tread on the wheels. The socks was never gotten for him. Request were made to the DON. They messed up on his medication not good. Wasn't aware till after he was on it for a while. The rooms were not clean. The food was a joke. Was not pleased at all. Disappointed.
