Contracted with this company to care for my mother. They were supposed to come 2 days/week for 3 hours each day. They never show up and if they do they don’t come at the scheduled time. We had a simple request of 10-1 both days. It wasn’t confusing and certainly wasn’t an unusual time. Horrible company.

I am a client. I lost my first aid and they had me a new one within a couple of days. They’re very professional. I was impressed by how quick I had my new aid. The new one is so good. I can’t complain about anything.

This company is the most unorganized, inconsiderate and unreliable home healthcare company I have ever come across. I spent 37 years in healthcare as a Nurse Manager and Educator. I’ve worked for 2 home care companies and now that I’m in need of these services myself, I tried Northeast. After having their skilled services, which were great, I thought I’d get my aide through their unskilled services which provide Home Health Aides. Mistake. None of the 5 aides that they’ve sent over the last month and a half were ever trained as any kind of HHA with one exception, and nearly every one of them had no interest at all in being a HHA. I don’t know where or why these “workers” were even hired to go into people’s homes. They don’t stay their shifts. They come and go as they wish. They don’t come and the company never calls to let you know but if you question it they tell you that’s not their policy but I’ve learned not to rely on anything they tell you. After a while you just learn to appreciate the fact that they didn’t show because they are of little or no help anyways. I’m sorry but this was just an all around terrible experience.

These morons sent me a statement that had the math wrong and then tried to justify it over the phone. What legitimate establishment sends out a bill with the wrong amount to pay written on it?! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
