The people at Auburn are very patient oriented. They took very good care of my mother Physical Therapy had her up and moving to the point where she could come home again. Wound care was excellent. There are plenty of activities for the patients and the nursing staff was very caring and knowledgeable. Cleanliness was very good and the atmosphere was more family-like than clinical. The office staff is very helpful and oriented to assisting in all matters. I recommend Auburn as top choice in skilled care.

My mother spent almost 2 weeks at Auburn for rehab from a fall. From the time we walked in the door, until we left, she was treated with respect and like family! It’s small, clean and homey! We would recommend Auburn to anyone who needs rehab! They provided excellent support and follow-up when she was discharged. On her day of discharge she was brought to tears as the staff lined the hallway to give her hugs and well wishes! She is back to walking her 2-3 miles a day and living in her own condo!

The care from Auburn has been exceptional and I feel as though I became part of their family. The building is clean, there is laughter in the halls and I was treated with dignity and respect. Thank you Auburn! I will absolutely recommend you to anyone.

Friendly staff. Father has been here for a week. His medications are only brought on the schedule that is convenient for the staff not when he is prescribed to take them. Meds have been missed. Asked twice since I’ve been here for someone to look at the hematoma that is giving him pain on his left leg. It is now three days later and no one has looked at it. At 7:40 pm he told Nurse he did not get insulin until 11. The nurse looked him right in the eye and stabbed him with the needle anyway without explanation. Portable toilet in bathroom smeared with feces when I arrived. Had been like that for 48 hours. I put it in hall after my request to clean it was ignored. No guard rails in bed. Requested guard rails. Was told if they could find one they would bring it. No guard rail has been delivered yet. Call button and bed remote have no where to hang and constantly fall in ground where my father can not reach them. Food is inedible. The social worker was pleasant and informative. All staff are pleasant but care is substandard. I could go on.

My brother is in this place. He needs a lot of care and they are doing an amazing job. The staff is conscious and caring. Everyone really works their job and does it with zeal.
