If I could give this place a 0 I would. My Aunt was there a month around 1 year ago . Everything the owner and her boyfriend said they would do they didn't do anything . No Mobility ride renewal, No speach therapy, Or any other therapy, My Aunt's hair was never done but we were always told oh it's getting done today. Often visiting my Aunt which my Mother, brother and I came to visit often her bed was soaked in urine. It was changed upon ours request. My Aunt often cried but we were told it was because she was in a new place and had to get use to being there. She couldn't talk because of her strokes. There weren't any activities at all just a tv which everyone just set a watched all day in the dining area. What was the very last straw is one day I saw a old dengy , dirty, rag that someone had used to wash my Aunt with it wasn't a washcloth but something that had been torn from something else. I wouldn't have washed my floors with it. We took her out but most of her clothes were gone and replaced with some old raggedy clothes that wasn't hers. When I complained I was told to come back the next day which my Sister and I did but no clothes. The wheelchair and potty they gave us wasn't hers and it was also old . I wished I had paid more attention to those things so we didn't have to replace them . But the important thing was we got her out of there and into a much better place where she is receiving the care she deserves and needs. The staff were also very rude with terrible attitudes . I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies. ☹🤬😢
