My husband was a resident of the Rehabilitation Unit of Future Care for five weeks and I visited every day all day. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with Northpoint Future Care. Both the Medical And Physical and Occupational Staff were amazing. All Staff members throughout the facility were highly professional, living and caring The building was clean and neat and food delicious.. I recommend Future Care to anyone in need of Rehabilitation Services.

My husband was discharged from Northpoint Future Care Rehab yesterday after a 39 day stay and I am very impressed with this facility. My husband received outstanding care and because of his emotion state of mind I stayed with him at least 11 hours each day which gave me an excellent opportunity to really know a lot about this facility and I was very pleased. The Nursing Services as well as Physical and Occupational Services were outstanding. All Caregivers were outstanding in their skills as well as loving, caring and respect. The medical Staff , SocialWorkers,Housekeeping ,Mantsinance as well as the Front Desk and Administration were also so highly professional, yet loving and caring.Becsuse I stayed everyday I ate lunch each and the food was excellent, infact when one of my sons ate with us in the dinning room he said the cook should open a restaurant and he would pay good money to eat in her restaurant.In addition to all of the above I could sense how well all of the Staff got along and worked well with one another. No one wants to be hospitalized in any capacity, and although a Rehab is not a hospital it opporates in the same manner. It is without hesitation I recommend if you are in need of Physical Rehabilitation check out Northpoint Future Care,located on Northpoint Rd by the Fire Station

Such a pleasant experience every time I come to see my mom. The staff always greet me and make it really feel like home. I truly feel like we are apart of a family when I visit this facility. Thanks for all the hard work you do.

My grandmother is a patient there and we have nothing but good things to say! The nursing staff is wonderful, it’s a very clean facility, and you’re welcomed with high spirits at the front door. Highly recommend this facility if you’re ever in need of a rehab center to send your loved one too. :)

Amber (Evs). I have been in future care northpoint for over a month. This young lady has been cleaning my room the whole time. She is an excellent employee and she always greets you and expresses hope you are doing well and hope you are having a good. day. The room and bathroom are kept very clean. I have been here during the horrible snow/ice storm. She has offered to help you in anyway. I have seen her during the storm pitch in and help whoever needs help. She is always pleasant and makes you feel good. You could not get anyone to do more than she does. I am so impressed with her. I would love to take her home with me. She is an excellent employee. She goes beyond her duties and doing all with a smile.
