I would like to recognize the dietary department, but outstanding service they provide the staff are always friendly , professional attentive to the residence needs. They work hard to ensure meals are prepared with care and serve any timely manner. Their dedication to providing nutritious and enjoyable meals play a huge role in the residence overall satisfaction and well-being. I came into Westgate Hills for a tour and the staff were very welcoming from the moment I walked in. One thing I immediately noticed was how refreshing and clean the facility smelled. The building was very well maintained, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. What started as an unexpected tour turned out to be one of the most educational and informative tours I’ve ever experienced. Thank you to the team for making me feel so welcomed and informed throughout the visit. Thank you Kierra for welcoming into your facility.

Westgate is a great facility. I had my aunt in the facility for rehab. The rehab department is extremely helpful and kind. They got my aunt walking and back to living her normal life that she was use too. The staff Nursing staff was amazing with her care. I would like to shout out HR for the amazing dedication to the facility and team.

My family recently went on a tour of your facility (Westgate Hills) and I must share that we are highly impressed. We sporadically stopped in just to get general information and surprisingly was given a tour by Ms. Elizabeth. She is very kind and knowledgeable in all areas of the business. The great hospitality that she shared with my family and I moved Westgate Hills to the top of our list as we are considering placement very soon for our loved one. Thanks again Ms. Elizabeth❤️

My experience at Westgate Hills Healthcare Center was pleasant and I received excellent treatment. I requested to be placed at Westgate Hills, because my husband was also a resident there previously and I was impressed with the care he received. The facility was clean, the food was better than I expected and the staff was very professional, friendly and caring. I would personally like to thank Lea, Shameeka and Kay Kay, just to name a few of the of the very nice staff on the second floor. I would definitely recommend Westgate Hills for anyone requiring rehabilitation or long-term care.
