Claim to be a 5 star, but leaves floors short staffed, overworking the remaining people. Residents end up getting subpar quality care then the aides get blamed because of it. Never have supplies needed to properly care for residents half the time.

Just came for a quick visit to drop off a couple items for a friend. The Staff were helpful and the facilities was nice. Keep up the good work.

My mom became a resident of Future Care on yesterday. I was so pleased with the way the staff welcomed my family. Hats off to Nurse Robin Gay for all her kindness and support. I felt comfortable leaving my 96 year old mother in her care!

My husband was transferred to rehab from the hospital I was told by the hospital that he would be transferred at 6 pm, and they would call me when he was gone Didn't get call from hospital, so I called Future Care, was told he was there already Then went to Future Care, lady at front desk told me ,after looking at a paper, that he was on the 3 rd floor. I went to the third floor, and he was not even at Future Care. Go back to disinterested front desk person. She looks at the same paper as before, and tells me oh, he's coming at 7:00pm. It was 6:40 at the time. Seriously??? Why didn't she see that when she first looked on the paper ?? Already was frustrated from dealing with the incompetent hospital, who was supposed to tell me when he was transported.

Very nice people working there very clean and all the staff are very helpful and interactive positively with patients with parties and movies and games. It's a good vibe knowing that the staff encourage patients interact with one other great to see love's one's enjoying their time at this facility what a blessing to know your family and friends love one's are in good spirits and hands.
