Horrible inhumane place the lack Care and concern for the residence is beyond Measure. The social worker Lynette Brown is rude obnoxious aggressive and lazy . He personality is that of the devil! The nurse are disrespectful snd lazy they leave The patient and soiled diapers for hours they talk to them like they are not human beings the second floor smells like an animal zoo If you call for any questions, concerned about your family members, they will never ever return your call. I have never seen a facility where absolutely no one cares.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this rehab center has been a horrible experience for my mother. They are severely short-staffed, and the hardworking employees are constantly left picking up the slack for workers who neglect the responsibilities they chose to take on. The treatment I’ve witnessed and the stories I’ve heard about how patients are treated are disturbing. One day while visiting my mom, I heard an elderly man repeatedly screaming “help me, help me,” while staff members walked past him and ignored him. They would also leave my mother’s neighbor sitting alone in the bathroom for over 30 minutes, even though she needed assistance getting back into her wheelchair. Staff frequently touch or move patients’ belongings and justify it by hiding behind “policy.” I’ve also heard multiple residents complain about developing bed sores because they were not being changed or assisted in time. Instead of addressing the issue properly, some nurses sigh, brush the complaints aside, or dump the responsibility onto the few good nurses already overwhelmed with work. What pushed me to finally speak up is that my mother told me she was sexually assaulted by a male nurse. He had previously assaulted two other elderly women, and when they reported it, the situation was allegedly swept under the rug and he was simply moved to another floor instead of being removed. That is completely unacceptable. There have been far too many issues with this facility for me to stay silent any longer. No family should have to worry about whether their loved one is being neglected, mistreated, or unsafe in a place that is supposed to care for them. Thankfully, my mother is leaving this facility soon.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Never send a love one there!!!!! Social workers must stay high on something and horrible communication with everything especially for discharge. Horrible social workers and they need to be investigated. And my Aunt deserves much more respect.

The place is in disarray. Not enough staff. My loved one got bed sores and was in a lot of pain. I made the mistake to take my loved one there and I regret it. We are taking them home with us now. Do not use this place. The staff is unprofessional as well, including the social worker. She talks like she is from the streets.

Beware of sticky fingers somewhere in the facility or entering the facility. Update 2025: Ms. Sarah Robinson is a valuable resource of information who can literally speak and communicate well on different aspects of this business. It seems she stays abreast of contacts and patient information on the spot , although there are workplace changes. She understands processes and procedures as they pertain to working with the state, billing, etc. My experience in the past year with her... she deserves a raise! She's all-encompassing and seems to know and understand that business. Thank you for your assistance at all times. As time goes on and the facility is still being short-staffed, residents unfortunately must have a lot of patience, although for the most part services are met (no longer exceeding expectations, however) despite being understaffed. Dietary attendants and those who order medicine and distribute it must be more diligent in ensuring correct dietary restrictions and medicine administration. For example, giving the wrong food for someone who may have allergic reactions to, for example, peanuts. So if such an incident happens and they are short-staffed, Could be a serious circumstance for this facility. Empathetic for the service providers and patients here. For the most part, family members visit their resident family member, and patients seem to know the long-term employees, which makes them feel comfortable. Update 1/9/2023 To hear my grandmother say this, you all are doing something right. She's a hard and cynical grader. "I'm happy here.. The people treat me nice . Mike is so nice to talk to me even when I give him a hard time. " UPDATE: The care seems to be reasonable given the short staffing this week. However, it's almost been a week (since Tues 9/19) since my family member's piece of clothing was taken to wash and has not been returned. 🤨Someone mentioned it should be returned when the clothes are returned to the facility- where ?! It was name-brand, so I won't suspect the worst.....yet🤔 Poor taste from this. Nope, not returned in 3 weeks as of Oct 7. Week 1: Clean, clean, very clean, attentive personnel. Perfect, up-to-date PT equipment for seniors. I'm impressed.
