The rehab staff is awesome!!! The wound care staff does not check & change the wounds unless the family or primary care doctor asks them to do do. The buildings are too hot!!! Please turn off the heat & turn on the air conditioner. No one greets you or makes the family feel welcomed when checking into the main desk.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Given the circumstances, our family couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We knew we were nearing the end of my grandmother’s journey, and I am so grateful that God placed her in the hands of so many angels. Every single person we came in contact with was phenomenal—truly caring, patient, gentle, and full of compassion. The staff here is the real deal. You all are the bomb! From communication, to comfort, to emotional support, you handled everything with grace and love, and that made such a difference to us. No one was ever too busy to help and that is rare in this industry. Thank you so much for being efficient, prompt and intentional from pre admission until we said our final goodbyes. Thanks for putting things in motion so she was able to come here and receive the care she deserved. We will forever be grateful for the peace you gave our family during such a difficult time. Much love to all of you! ❤️

My grandfather went to Warwick Forest Lifelong Health and Rehab after his hospital stay and had the best stay. The nursing staff and therapy team were great and he was able to go home functioning better than he was prior to going into the hospital. I will continue to recommend my family and friends to this campus for rehabilitation and long term care.

This has to be one of the worst places I have ever visited. My mother was here for a week and had nothing but issues every day. A few great people work there, and I'm sure they know who they are. I'll start by saying she didn't receive her meds at a decent time every day. I'm not talking about an hour or two; 4–6-hour gaps were leading up to one of the last days, where it took 10 hours to receive pain medicine. My mother is a CNA, so she understands how busy it can get, but it was just excuse after excuse. The last day, she had 3 oxy pills left (a nurse told her), but somehow when it was time for another pill, she didn't have any! So, you have people probably taking pills if that's the case. There are also quite a few people who work there with an attitude. My mother did enjoy the Physical Therapy part, but upon discharge, they gave her a plan for in-home therapy. Well, 2 weeks later, guess who has not had therapy, and we cannot get a hold of anybody to find out what's going on. We have contacted the physical therapy place she is supposed to go to, but the issue is Warwick Forest. There are a lot of people who are surprised this place is still open and for good reason.

If you leave a family member here you’re doing so at their peril! My mother left Riverside Hospital and sent to Warwick Forest rehab and has now come home in worse shape than when she was sent to rehab and before when she initially left for the hospital two days before Christmas. I was on speaker phone and personally heard a nursing attendant yelling at my mother for coughing on her. I went up there when I could and try to address it of course there’s denial. There were a couple of good members on staff, but the bulk of these people have no business dealing with human beings or less animals at a shelter. Very very little organization they brought our mother home today with bags of medication no idea what she’s taken and when she needs to take it again. I have never been so disappointed in anything like this in my life. Brought her food at dinner times with items listed on the menu that never came. And she has arthritis and could not open bottles. They never even popped the top on a can or bottle didn’t bring utensils some of the times. She would push the call button over and over and over and we sit sometimes for over two hours or more before someone would come and help her change out of her wet undergarment. They need to have body cam on these nurses the same way they do police officers so you can document the abuses these people are doing to other human beings. Would not recommend this to anyone ever unless they are your worse enemy. This is a picture of my mother’s feet that they released her with telling me over and over again there were no problems with swelling. But telling us yesterday she had cellulitis. How’s that happen?
